Everything About Telus Internet Plans
We have to call and have our system rebooted at least once a week. And when the cameras do “work” , they still don’t pick anything up. We have had many people come to our house that the cameras have no picked up.
Have installed indoor and outdoor cameras for better surveillance of property. Would like to write to complaints department but cannot seem to find one and all phone reps give me the runaround. Alarm activated, 5 minutes to call and they put me on hold for 5 minutes.
Telus Reviews: Popular for the Right Reasons
Waited for 5 hours yesterday for a service rep to show up and he never did. Called today and asked to speak to a manager and was told there aren’t any available today!? It is obvious that Telus is not listening to all these negative reviews so they obviously don’t care.
I had to disconnect all my systems so it wouldn't trigger false alarms, yet I'm still getting charged for the service. Continues to fail in capturing video or live video connection. Only thing we can count on with this system is a "Video Device Not Responding" message. Numerous service calls to fix with no positive results.
Terrible website and support to make payment
Moreover, we decided to transfer our file to another security service. Politeness, attentiveness and spirit of service were there. Nothing to do with customer service and Telus representatives. Only reason it’s not lower is because there’s no option for 0 stars. Trying to set up automatic payments or even just pay off a bill? I spent 5 hours getting bounced around different people on the phone and came to no resolution.

I have pictures of their bills which is purposely designed to confuse a person. Soon I will post these bills for everyone to see, and explain it to how it’s designed to confuse you to hid extra charges. After several frustrating calls, I asked they just send a tech to fix it since we weren't getting anywhere. The tech was here for 15 minutes, he did most of it from inside his vehicle, but miraculously it was fixed and we were satisfied. However, a month later, we received a bill for $120.00 for that service. I tried contacting appropriate levels via email and phone to dispute the charges, but no luck there. The eventually just stopped charging me for my regular service that comes off my credit card and adding that to the outstanding amount owing for the BS service they provided.
